New Golf Club Clubhouse Expected to Open in Early 2026
Progress is being made on the new Clubhouse at the Glencoe Golf Club! The project has completed the schematic design phase and is currently in the design development phase (view preliminary renderings here). Site planning, stormwater management solutions, interior design development, kitchen equipment layout, architectural design development, sustainability initiatives and HVAC system options are all being finalized. Design meetings have been taking place to review exterior elevations incorporating a modern prairie style that is following the direction of the Ad Hoc Design Review Committee and the design team is working on interior design plans for the kitchen, event space, main dining area, bar, pro shop, offices and simulators.
During construction, the golf course and driving range will remain open and fully functional with no disruptions. It is expected that the project will break ground near the end of this golf season and hope to be open in late 2025 / early 2026!
